- Paste your bank rows on the left, your books on the right — one transaction per line. Copy straight from Excel; date, description, and amount on a line all work (the tool reads the amount and the date).
- Set a date window so a transaction that posts a day or two later still matches, and turn on Ignore sign if one export uses negatives.
- Click Match. You get matched pairs, only-on-bank, only-in-books, and the difference between the two totals — the tell for what's missing.
It all runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded, so it's safe for bank and accounting data.

How do I match a bank statement to my books?
Paste bank rows on the left and books rows on the right, one transaction per line, then click Match. Transactions with the same amount within your date window are paired; the rest are listed as only-on-bank or only-in-books, with the difference shown.
Is my financial data uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is matched locally in your browser. Nothing you paste leaves your device.
What if amounts match but dates are a few days apart?
Set a date window (e.g. 3 days). If your rows have no dates, matching falls back to amount only.
Does it handle debits vs credits?
Yes — turn on Ignore sign to match 100.00 against -100.00.
