Client reports that build themselves in Sheets, Docs and Slides
Ask a question in a cell, drop the answer into a document, and build or refresh the monthly client deck in Google Slides. Every figure comes from the client's own data, defined once, and refreshes on a schedule.
The monthly client report is the same work every month: export the numbers, paste them into a Sheet, rebuild the charts, write the commentary, and fix the slide that still shows last month. Quiriz answers from the data itself and keeps the datasets current, so a report is a set of questions you ask once and refresh, not a document you rebuild.
How it works
- Get each client's data into Quiriz. Point a dataset at a Google Sheet or a Drive folder, upload a file, or connect a source directly. Datasets refresh on a schedule you choose.
- Add the add-ins from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Sheets, Docs and Slides are separate listings and install on their own.
- Ask. In a cell, in a document, or as a deck plan. Each answer is a chart, a table or a figure computed from the dataset.
In Sheets: ask in a cell
Quiriz puts a =QUIRIZ function in the grid, and the answer lands in the cell. It answers against a dataset you imported and can refresh, not against whatever happens to be on screen, so the same question gives the same answer next month with the new data. A sidebar handles charts, and questions long enough to run past the function's time limit.
- Open it from Extensions → Quiriz → Open. Start free trial activates it.
- Bring the sheet in or leave it where it is. A Google Sheet can be the source of a dataset that refreshes daily, weekly or monthly, so the connector tool that writes into the Sheet and the answers built on it never drift apart.
In Docs: the question becomes the chart
Type a question where the answer belongs, for example "Sessions and revenue by channel, last 3 months". Select it, press Chart or Table, and the answer replaces the words that asked for it. The answer is computed from the datasets uploaded to Quiriz, so the commentary you write around it sits next to a figure you can trace.
In Slides: build the review deck, then refresh it
Describe the deck you need. Quiriz plans the slides and shows you the plan first, with each slide's title, the question it will ask and the visual it will use. Edit any of them, or untick a slide, before anything is built. Then it answers each slide from your data with a chart or a table, in the deck's theme colors, and closes with an executive summary slide written from what the other slides showed. The same deck can be built and refreshed again each month.
One client, one workspace, one set of definitions
- Projects keep each client's work together. The datasets, questions, reports and people for one client live in one project, so each client's work stays together and access is limited to its members.
- Define a metric once. In Company Context, set what ROAS, net revenue or a qualified lead means. Every answer follows it, in Sheets, Docs, Slides or Slack, so the number in the deck is the number in the Sheet.
- Scheduled reports, in the inbox. A saved report can run on a schedule you choose, in your timezone, and be emailed to a list of recipients on each run. Scheduled reports are included from the Plus plan.
Where the client data comes from
- A Google Sheet or Drive folder. Datasets can refresh on a schedule from a Google Drive folder or a Google Sheet. Several datasets can share one folder, and each picks the file whose columns match its own. A connector tool that writes a client's ad and store numbers into a Sheet works the same way.
- Direct connections. Where Quiriz has a connector, a client's account can be connected directly: someone with access signs in once and approves read-only access. Connections refresh daily, and Quiriz never creates, edits or deletes anything in a connected account. See the agency setup →
- Files and email. Upload Excel or CSV exports, or email the new file and the dataset refreshes.
What stays private
Quiriz does not use your clients' data to train AI models, and sub-processors may not use it for their own purposes. Uploaded source files are deleted after conversion, and only the converted data, a small sample and the file name are kept. Any column can be excluded at import, and the platform runs on infrastructure in the United States. Privacy policy →
