By accessing or using the Quiriz platform (the "Service") at quiriz.co or any associated application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Quiriz ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Quiriz provides an AI-assisted data analysis platform that allows users to upload structured datasets, run automated analysis, generate reports, and query data using natural language. The Service may also integrate with third-party platforms including Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive) and Microsoft 365 (OneDrive) where authorized by the user.
AI-generated analysis, summaries, and reports are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, medical, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon any output from the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using Quiriz, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@quiriz.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

You retain ownership of all data, files, and content you upload to the Service ("User Data"). By uploading User Data, you grant Quiriz a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not sell your User Data to third parties. We may share User Data with sub-processors (such as AI model providers and cloud infrastructure providers) strictly as necessary to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — including the data you upload — complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Quiriz expressly disclaims any liability arising from your upload of sensitive, regulated, or confidential data in violation of these Terms.
Quiriz is operated by a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. All User Data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
Use of the Service is governed by applicable Canadian federal law and the laws of the Province of British Columbia. You agree that any disputes will be resolved under those laws, as described in Section 13.
The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts including Google (Gmail, Google Drive) and Microsoft (OneDrive). When you authorize such integrations, you grant Quiriz access to the specified data within those accounts solely to perform the functions you request.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Quiriz is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers. You may revoke third-party access at any time through your account settings or through the third-party provider's settings.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze data and generate reports, summaries, and insights. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Such content is provided "as is" and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
You should independently verify any AI-generated analysis before relying on it for business, financial, medical, legal, or other material decisions. Quiriz makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
The Quiriz platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Quiriz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Quiriz's trademarks, logos, or branding.
You retain all intellectual property rights in your User Data. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by Quiriz without restriction or compensation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIRIZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUIRIZ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (A) RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS OR REPORTS; (B) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (C) LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR (D) YOUR UPLOAD OF SENSITIVE DATA IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL QUIRIZ'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quiriz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your User Data, including any claim that your data infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
You waive any objection to venue in such courts. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quiriz regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
