Ask who's overdue — and get the same answer every time

A template tells you the buckets. For "which customers are over 60 days and how much do they owe?" upload the same file to Quiriz and ask in plain English. Define "overdue" once in Company Context and every answer uses the same rule — no re-deriving it per person.

Frequently asked questions

How do I use the AR aging tracker?
Download it, open in Excel or import into Google Sheets, and log each invoice on the Invoices sheet. Balance, days past due, and the aging bucket calculate automatically; the Summary sheet totals outstanding and overdue by bucket.
What aging buckets does it use?
Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+ days past the due date, chosen automatically from days past due.
Does this template work in Google Sheets?
Yes — it's a standard .xlsx. File → Import → Upload. The SUMIF, IF, and TODAY formulas behave the same as in Excel.
How is overdue defined?
Days past due = TODAY() − due date for any unpaid invoice. Treat anything past due as overdue, or use a threshold like over 60 days for collections.
