Inventory & Reorder Tracker

How to use it

  1. Download and open it in Excel, or import it into Google Sheets (File → Import → Upload).
  2. Add your products on the Inventory sheet: SKU, product name, the channels it sells on, on-hand quantity, and a reorder point.
  3. Watch the Status column. Any item at or below its reorder point flips to REORDER and is highlighted, so nothing quietly runs out.
  4. Check the Summary sheet for how many items need reordering and your total stock value at a glance.

Frequently asked questions

How does the reorder flag work?
Each row has a reorder point. The Status column compares on-hand quantity to it and shows REORDER when stock is at or below the point, or OK otherwise. Reorder rows are highlighted automatically.
Does the inventory template work in Google Sheets?
Yes. It is a standard .xlsx. Import it with File → Import → Upload. The IF, COUNTIF, and SUM formulas and the conditional formatting all carry over.
Can I track stock across multiple sales channels?
Yes. Each item has a Channel column where you list the marketplaces it sells on — Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and so on. The template tracks a single on-hand quantity per SKU across those channels.
Is the template free?
Yes — free to download and use with no signup. Edit the columns and rows to match your catalog.
