🔒 Runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded

No invoices added yet. Paste invoice text above, extract the fields, then click "Add to table".
Have a scanned invoice or invoice photo?

This tool handles text you can copy and paste. For scanned PDFs, photographed invoices, or images, upload the file to Quiriz — it reads PDFs and images with AI and lets you ask questions about the data.

Go further — ask questions across all your invoices

Once your invoice data is in a spreadsheet, Quiriz lets you ask questions about it in plain English: "which vendor charged the most last quarter?" or "what's my total spend on design services?" No formulas. Free to start.

How to use it

  1. Copy the text from an invoice email, or open a digital PDF invoice and select all text (Ctrl+A), then copy (Ctrl+C) and paste it into the box.
  2. Click "Extract fields." The tool scans the text for vendor name, invoice number, date, due date, and total. Edit any field that came out wrong.
  3. Click "Add to table" to append the row to your invoice log. Repeat for each invoice.
  4. Download CSV when you're done. Open the file in Excel — it lands in the right columns, ready to use.

Everything runs in your browser. The invoice text you paste never touches a server.

Frequently asked questions

How do I extract invoice data into Excel?
Copy the text from an email invoice or a PDF copy-paste, paste it into this tool, and click Extract. The tool finds the vendor, invoice number, date, and total and turns them into a spreadsheet row. Add multiple invoices and download all as CSV.
Does this tool upload my invoice data?
No. Everything runs in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing you paste is sent to any server, so it's safe for confidential invoices.
What invoice formats does this tool handle?
It handles text you can copy and paste — invoice emails, PDF copy-paste, or invoice text exported from accounting tools like QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Wave, and Stripe. It does not process scanned images or camera photos, which require OCR.
What if my invoice is a scanned PDF or a photo?
This tool only handles text you can select and copy. For a scanned invoice or an invoice photo, upload the file to Quiriz — it reads PDFs and images directly using AI.
What accounting tools produce text I can paste here?
Digital invoices from QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks, Wave, Stripe, PayPal Business, Xero, and most email-based invoice systems are selectable text and paste cleanly. Invoices that were created as scans or photos won't have selectable text.
