- Copy your cells in Excel (or Google Sheets) and paste them into the box above. Pasting from a spreadsheet keeps the columns aligned automatically.
- Choose what counts as a duplicate. Leave all columns ticked to remove rows that are identical everywhere, or tick just one (say, Email) to dedupe on that field alone.
- Click Remove Duplicates, then copy the result back into your sheet. The first occurrence of each row is kept.
Everything happens in your browser — the data you paste never touches a server, so it's safe for confidential files.
Frequently asked questions
How do I remove duplicates from Excel data online?
Copy your cells in Excel, paste them here, choose which columns should count toward a duplicate, and click Remove Duplicates. Copy the cleaned result back into Excel. It all runs in your browser.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is processed locally in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing you paste is sent to a server, so it's safe for confidential spreadsheets.
Can I remove duplicates based on one column only?
Yes — untick every column except the one you want to dedupe on. Two rows are treated as duplicates whenever the ticked columns match, keeping the first occurrence.
Does it keep the first or last occurrence?
It keeps the first occurrence of each unique row and removes later duplicates — the same behaviour as Excel's built-in Remove Duplicates.
