AgencyAnalytics Alternative: Pricing, AI Features and Where Each Fits
AgencyAnalytics is built for one deliverable: a branded portal your clients log in to. If your clients want a deck, a workbook or a written report instead, you end up rebuilding numbers outside it every month.
Pick AgencyAnalytics if your clients log in to a branded portal. Pick an AI analyst like Quiriz if your clients receive a deck, a workbook or a written report. AgencyAnalytics costs $20 per client per month on annual billing and gives each client a white-labeled portal, dashboards, scheduled reports and 90+ integrations. Quiriz is priced by plan rather than by client and answers inside Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Word, Google Docs and Slack, so the numbers land in the file the client actually reads.

What AgencyAnalytics costs
The pricing page shows a single plan at $20 per client per month, billed annually, with a 14-day trial and volume pricing above 25 clients. Each client includes unlimited users, dashboards, reports and data sources, the white-labeled portal, Google Sheets as a source, API access and MCP access for ChatGPT and Claude. Rank tracking ($41.67 a month per 500 keywords) and AI-search tracking are add-ons.
Per-client pricing is simple and grows with you: 10 clients is $200 a month, 40 clients is $800 a month before volume discounts. That is fair value if the portal is what clients pay you for. It is a lot to pay for a tool whose main output you then copy into slides.
What it does well
- The portal. Your logo, colors, domain and email, with client logins and live dashboards. Clients who like to check numbers themselves get exactly that.
- Breadth of marketing sources. The integrations page lists 90+ sources across SEO, paid, social, call tracking and e-commerce.
- AI with citations. Ask AI answers questions about a client’s data and links each figure back to the report it came from.
- Track record. Founded in 2010 and used by 7,000+ agencies, with high review scores.
Where it stops
- Getting numbers out. Reports and dashboards download as PDF (up to 1,000 rows), and CSV export covers only rankings and integration settings. There is no push into PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel or Google Sheets, so a client who wants a deck still gets a hand-built deck.
- Sources outside marketing. Stripe, QuickBooks and Klaviyo are not on the integrations list. For an e-commerce or subscription client, revenue, refunds and margin live in exactly those systems.
- Calculated metrics. Custom metrics combine up to 15 metrics per formula, cannot reference another custom metric, and some integrations are not supported. Blended ROAS across Shopify and two ad platforms fits; anything layered on top of it does not.
How Quiriz differs
Quiriz is an AI analyst rather than a reporting platform. You connect a client’s sources, ask a question in plain English, and the answer, table or chart goes where you are working:
- In Google Sheets or Excel, a cell such as
=QUIRIZ("ROAS by channel last month", "table")fills in the table and refreshes with the data. - In Google Slides or PowerPoint, describe the monthly deck and it builds the slides from the client’s data, with takeaways written from the figures.
- In Slack, anyone on the team can ask the same question and get the same number.
Connectors cover HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Stripe, Klaviyo, Search Console, Harvest, PostHog and Bing Webmaster Tools: read-only, refreshed daily, on paid plans. Sources Quiriz does not connect to can come in through a scheduled Google Sheet or Excel file, as described on Quiriz for agencies. Metric definitions such as ROAS or net sales live once in Company Context, so the deck, the spreadsheet and the Slack answer agree.
What Quiriz does not do. No white label, no client portal, no rank tracker, and no always-on dashboard a client can browse. If those are what you sell, keep AgencyAnalytics.
Which to choose
- Choose AgencyAnalytics if clients log in to see their numbers, white label matters to your brand, or SEO rank tracking is part of the service.
- Choose Quiriz if the monthly deliverable is a deck, a workbook or a written report, if clients’ revenue lives in Stripe, Shopify or QuickBooks, or if per-client pricing has started to hurt.
- Use both if clients want the portal and a monthly review deck, and keep the metric definitions identical in each.
For the meeting the deck is for, see the monthly business review, slide by slide.
