Reconciling two exports?

Finding what doesn't match is the start. Quiriz reads both spreadsheets and answers reconciliation questions in plain English — "which invoices are in one system but not the other, with amounts." Free to start.

How to use it

  1. Paste one list on each side, one item per line. Copy a column straight from Excel and it pastes one-per-line.
  2. Click Compare. You get three groups: only in A, only in B, and the items both lists share.
  3. Copy any group back into your spreadsheet.

It all runs in your browser — neither list is uploaded, so it's safe for confidential data.

Frequently asked questions

How do I compare two lists to find the differences?
Paste one list into the left box and the other into the right box, one item per line, then click Compare. You'll see what's only in list A, only in list B, and in both.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Both lists are compared locally in your browser. Nothing you paste leaves your device.
Can I ignore capitalization and extra spaces?
Yes. Leave Case-sensitive off to treat "Apple" and "apple" as the same, and keep Trim spaces on so stray spaces don't create false differences.
